Thank you all for a relaxing stay during our holiday at Sunprime Pollensa Bay. the hotel's location is wonderful, just a stone's throw from the beach and nearby restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. West Hoe Park is just 2 km away, offering more options to explore. Everything was perfect, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I highly recommend this lovely destination!

Fine overall experience. Little hotel with caring personnel and beautiful view of the bay. Lots of options, good food. Reasonably spacious and modern room, comfortable beds. Unbeatable, picturesque location in a quiet area❤

Pretty location, nice room and food

Perfect short stay extension to a longer break in another part of the island. Food was excellent and ambiance wonderful! Staff were very pleasant and couldn't do enough for guests!

What a pity it was so difficult/impossible to get a drink from the bar,the people there weren't able to look after us as we were only half-board,i.e. we wanted to pay cash for the drinks or charge them to our account and they hadn't got such facility!

My stay at this hotel was delightful, with attentive management and staff, and I appreciated the mountain view from my twin room along with the convenient wake-up service. Enjoyable stay, attentive management and staff, mountain view, wake-up service available.

The rooms at Hotel Panoramic Alcudia are absolutely stunning! From my balcony, I had the most breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea. It was like waking up in paradise every morning. The room had everything I needed, from a cozy bed to a fridge and kettle for making my own coffee. I felt like a VIP in this room!

While the room was perfect, I personally found the shower a bit too small. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others might not mind it at all.

I had such a great value for my money at Panoramic! The room was spacious and clean, and the location right on the beach was perfect.

The only thing I wish could have been better was the breakfast option. It could have had a bit more variety.

The beachfront location was incredible, with a peaceful and clean atmosphere to relax and enjoy Mallorca. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel like part of the family, and the kitchen served up the best food we've ever tasted. We were thrilled with the spacious and clean rooms, the excellent all-day dining options, and the well-maintained pool and sunbed area. The entertainment and activities were top-notch, and the short walk to Alcudia Old Town added to the overall experience. We can't wait to return!

We had an excellent stay at a bright, clean, and modern hotel. The reception greeted us warmly and efficiently, and we were delighted to find out we had adjoining rooms with a sea/pool view. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a large shower with a deluge head. The view from the balcony was superb, overlooking the pool, beach, and bay. Sun beds were always available without the need to reserve them early. The all-inclusive drinks were fantastic, with a wide range of refreshing cocktails. The food was really good, with a high standard and plenty of choice. The dining area was well-run, relaxed, and never felt rushed. The pool area was meticulously cleaned, with lounge beds and comfy seats, and there was also a nice grass area with sunbeds. The nearby beach was not crowded and had beautiful views of the bay. The hotel manager was friendly and even printed maps for us to explore the area. it was a lovely and relaxing experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Hotel Panoramic Alcudia are absolutely stunning! With a balcony offering either a majestic mountain view or a breathtaking sea view, I felt like I was in paradise. As a vegetarian/vegan, having a fridge and kettle in the room was a game-changer, allowing me to store and prepare my own meals. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus!

I have to admit, the only downside for me was the TV in the room. It's not something I typically use during my travels, so I didn't mind, but others might enjoy it.

The hotel's location, right on the beach in a quiet area, is splendid. the rooms are modern and spacious with comfortable beds and large showers with a deluge head and separate hand set. Guests have applauded the friendly staff and the restaurant's first-class meals. the pool area is cleaned every day, and sunbeds are readily available. Guests can enjoy the hotel's grass area and can easily walk to the nearby beautiful old town.

The hotel does not offer air conditioning in the rooms, which could be an issue during hot summer days.

The location couldn't be better, situated in a quiet area right on the beach. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful personnel in all areas of the hotel. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a balcony, and an in-room safe. The restaurant offered delicious food throughout the day, and I never had to wait in line at the bar. The pool and sunbed area were always well-maintained, and the private beach was just a minute's walk away. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy, both daytime and evening entertainment. I was impressed by the high quality of service and the enhanced comfort this place provided.

Without a doubt, I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
